Growing up with much older siblings also means fewer conversation topics, while having the privilege to experience retro cinema, specifically science fiction materials like Ridley Scott's Blade Runner or Stanley Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey.

This paved the way for me later in life to dive deeper into animated works like Katsuhiro Otomo's Akira, Masamune Shirow's Ghost In The Shell, which made a huge impact on the art of Cyberpunk and the Dystopian thematic universe.

The idea of how the digital era would usher in cybernetics and digitalism in the future inspired and influenced many artists, including myself when it comes to the art of storytelling, industrial design, and visual aesthetics.

Presented here are a selection of photos taken in Tokyo back in 2019, one of the best-known locations as the birthplace of Cyber vibes.
